Modern well appointed self contained Kitchen, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas cooktop. Generous cupboard space including all of your basic kitchen utensils, littles one plates and cups, dining necessities and basic pantry & tea/coffee items

Quality WIFI connection & Netflix available. Perfect for Workations. Split system installed to to keep chilled in the summer & toasty in winter
Bedroom
Bed 1: 1 x Queen bed, built in mirror robe (T.V)
Bed 2: 1 x Queen bed Including an optional child safety bed rail, built in mirror robe (portacot available).
Both rooms have electric blankets & additional portable heater/comfort blankets
Balcony
Step out onto your own private undercover balcony to enjoy in all seasons. Relax and fire up the Weber mini BBQ. Pull up a chair, maybe even a footstool to enjoy time to reconnect with yourself. Or simply open up the the sliding doors to let the sea breeze in
Bathroom
Single shower, hair dryer and towels inclusive. Iron & ironing board with clothes rack inclusive. Washing machine inhouse
House Rules
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OR SCHOOLIES- or risk immediate eviction. Mornington Council code of Conduct applies at all times (our local laws for short stays). Only registered guests allowed & occupancy limited to 4 persons. No visitors. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am. Please show the utmost respect to our neighbours as we are in a quiet apartment complex. The person booking this is the responsible party and must be at least 25 years old. Smoke free & pet free home
Car Parking
Secure apartment building with the security of intercom entry and keyless entry. Basement car park off street parking (1 space) with remote access to garage
Little Ones
Family friendly accommodation with a highchair & portacot available (byo cot linen), a family toilet seat & Little ones toys to ensure they have a memorable stay. Queen bed has infant rail available & all sharps are placed in high locations
